Get them active, and off their screens! We teach kids how to have fun while staying active and working hard.
About Us
We are Tarrant Elite Taekwondo.
At Tarrant Elite, we believe every challenge is a chance to grow stronger. As the #1 martial arts school in North Richland Hills, we’re proud to offer a true family-focused training experience.
We don’t shy away from failure here, we embrace it. Every fall, every mistake, and every tough class is an opportunity to build resilience, focus, and confidence that lasts far beyond the mat.
Far beyond kicks and punches, our students develop discipline, focus, listening skills, and real self-defense ability, all while setting and achieving goals that build lifelong confidence.
Try class with us for 2 full weeks
You’ll get to watch your child learn real skills in real classes with real instructors, no pressure and no commitment.
Over two weeks, they’ll build focus, discipline, and confidence, learn to listen and set goals, and discover how to turn challenges into strength. All while having fun and making new friends.
Our families love us.
We know you’ll love us too.
As a parent that has a kid in this school and now in the classes, I highly recommend checking this school out. Fantastic instructor and wonderful classroom!!!!!

The instructors truly care. They take time to get to know each child and help them grow at their own pace. We’re thrilled with the experience.

Enrolling our son at TarrantElite has truly been the best decision we’ve made. 🙌 Mr. DeBerardinis is an outstanding karate instructor for both kids and adults. His way of teaching builds discipline, respect, and confidence, always with patience and dedication.
We checked out other options before coming here, and without a doubt, this is the best one. Highly recommended!

Curriculum

Taekwondo
We teach Taekwondo!
A Korean martial art, very similar to Karate.

Discipline & Focus
Each class we practice our discipline and focus to better help your child know when to listen, sit still, and follow directions.

Failure & Confidence
Your child will learn how to overcome failure and face any obstacles in their way.
True confidence.

Real Self-Defense
Kids who train with us learn real self defense skills. Real practical skills to defend themselves from potential danger.
Can my child join with no prior experience?
Absolutely! We’re a beginner friendly martial arts school. Students start their training in our beginner class and progress to more advanced classes as they move up in belts.
Will it fit my schedule?
We offer unlimited class attendance, with classes up to 6 days a week!
We have evening classes between 4:45pm and 6:00pm during the week, and Saturday morning classes so you can train on the days that best fit your family’s schedule.
Can Taekwondo help with Focus / ADHD
Yes! Many experts recommend martial arts for children with ADD and ADHD.
Taekwondo develops their focus and self-control, helping them at school and at home. Developing focus is actually one of the most common reasons parents sign up for kids martial arts.
If your child has ADD or ADHD, taekwondo may just be the perfect match to help them boost their focus and self-discipline.
Can Taekwondo help my child deal with bullies?
We help them develop anti-bullying skills through Taekwondo
Dealing with bullies is one of those unfortunate parts of growing up.
We teach our students how to stand up for themselves against bullies, without using violence. And to not become bullies themselves.
We don’t teach them to fight bullies, but to use the confidence and skills from Taekwondo to protect themselves and others. To always do the right thing.
