Friday, August 28, 5:45–6:15pm. Take your forms to the next level — set to music! In this fun, creative class, we'll learn about synchronized forms, where you and a buddy perform the same form at the same time, perfectly in sync. We'll create a synchronized form right in class and build up to a mini showcase of your Taekwondo skills, all set to music. Open to all students — let's put on a show!

Let’s jam out and set our forms to music!

Just like the Sync Forms competition at the tournament, this class is all about turning your form into something the crowd will love.

You and a partner will set your form to music and build it into a cool demonstration — a mini form showcase.

What Is This Class?

Musical Forms is a fun, creative class all about practicing your form set to music, with a partner.

Just like the Sync Forms competition at the tournament, we’re going to be jamming out and setting our forms to music! Like a mini form showcase, you and a partner will learn how to turn your form into a cool demonstration that audiences will love.

Come with 1 to 2 partners (total of 2–3 people per group) to practice.

Don’t have a partner? That’s okay — we’ll pair you up day-of.

What to expect:

🤝 Teaming up with a partner, just like Sync Forms at the tournament
